Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres as a team

All three promo cards share a rare game mechanic: each ability – Frosty Flutter, Sparking Flutter, Fiery Flutter – only works if all three legendary birds are in play at the same time. This way, the three Kanto birds reinforce each other on the field.
